Not to mention that whenever you listen to We Cry Together (Clean Version), you also need to open your windows and yell all of the redacted lyrics toward the street, so your neighbours can also have a better understanding of the song.
You also have to open your window and yell all the lyrics to auntie diaries, just to make sure everyone understands the gravity of this point in Kendrick’s life
@@beaualIoevv wdym nav is the greatest artist of all time. Like not even limited to music. Leonardo DaVinci, Beethoven, Picasso, they are dwarfed by the sheer artistic genius of Nav
Dude I'm from the future and did everything you said Anthony and in 2047, MMBS still stands as one of the albums released in history. You were absolutely right.
Mother I Sober made me cry. As a recovering Combat Veteran and Addict it is nice to know that what I've done has made me stronger and doesnt have to control me negatively. Pain while sober is harrowing but humbling. The ending bit is what people needed to hear.
I have traveled back in time from exactly one year in the future after completing all of these steps. My eyes have been opened. My brain enlightened. My soul transformed. I am not the only one however. Thousands in the next year will take what will become known as “The Pilgrimage of the Big Steppers.” Masses will flock to Kendrick’s shows all with one purpose, to transcend to the same plain of existence as Mr. Morale. Not a single person moves or shows any sign of emotion as Kendrick delivers the most holy bars in not only this world, but this universe. Some aren’t ready and it’s evident. They break down in tears as their mental is challenged and pushed to a breaking point. Some who do make it through the concert find their brains have dissolved into water following such an event. But those of us who were ready, who came prepared to take the journey, who completed this journey are now the most powerful beings the universe has ever seen, led by Duckworth, Kdot, and Kendrick, the trinity of Mr. Morale. Prepare yourselves. Be enlightened
It's because Anthony is bald and the sound waves flow against his scalp so elegantly thus making the music flow into his ears so much more smoothly and effectively meanwhile you have great hair and cannot truly listen to the music as impactfully since the sound waves are being mildy interfered by the golden locks you have
Just followed all these steps. And although trying to locate Dr Emmett Brown from Back to the Future so that I could time travel to Kendrick’s concert in my area was quite taxing on my resources, I must say it was definitely worth it and the opinion you gave me in your review put my mind at ease 😌
@@beaualIoevv usually you are annoying but now I kind have to agree, but leaving hate for no reason is a big symptom of bitchlessness and can only be cured by making your dad bring that milk home, which won't happen because you don't have one
If it’s been 3 months since memorizing the baby keem lyrics, and you go back to the album, and you still have a pretty solid memory of Keem’s verses, would you recommend some type of self inflicted memory loss either through a blunt force brain injury or perhaps some substance abuse? Plz lemme know
@Harvey Seasalt Im sorry sir but its too late for the usual treatment protocols, in my experience at this stage both will only hasten the spread of the disease. As a gynecologist I recommend immediate amputation of the affected body part, in this case the cervico-cranial region. Basically sir u finna have to throw the whole head away now
I have yet to listen to the album. I’ve been way too busy with work and have been avoiding every single other than the heart part 5 thank you very much for this video. This is a very good guide man thanks.
@@beaualIoevv NO! aloevv said the album was bad?!?!? I thought it was good damniy well I guess since aloevv said it was bad I no longer like the album. Mid 0/10 YB better
I understand what you did here Seriously brilliant!! If you listened to this whole breakdown and followed exactly what he did which I know some of you will, you’ll know exactly what kendricks album means..
My favourite part of the record is where Kendrick spends 13 minutes explaining the intricacies of the "rage comic" and why it is, objectively, the best meme format. I may not agree but it is a well thought out argument.
This is hilarious. I love the album personally. It's my favorite kendrick album now. As somebody that's struggled with mental health problems this album really hits home. I give it a 10
Listened to the first half during work (janitorial, cleaning toilets) Had a break. Listened to Big Steppers when I came back from break, in full, no skipping around. It played like a movie in my mind, and I found the lyrics and the music came through to me upon first listen which is awesome (: I never used to be able to "get" music like this back when I was a teenager. I love music ❤️
I've said this on Twitter, I find it crazy how people make these insane lists on how to listen to the album but it's literally just a therapy session it's not that hard to conceptualize. All that needs to be said is don't expect to shake your ass to this album.
This is the best album I have ever heard, I feel like every single track has changed my life. This album has been made so well. I feel like this album has been so intricately designed. Im feelin a strong 1 to a light 2 on this one!
I'm pretty sure it's based on a reddit post that wasn't. Someone actually gave a 3 step guide to enjoying the album. It was basically, "You aren't big brained enough to understand it on a first try, so listen to it over and over until you understand the message.
Hate to say I was the same. I was even looking up an album version on RU-vid with just the vocals 💀 Felt like a clown when he started talking about step 3.
@@Spdsyt unironically will probs get downvoted on reddit for saying this so might as well as it before Fantano gives his final take. I loved the album. Purple Hearts my be my least favorite song of the year however
My girlfriend has issues with sitting still and listening to an album with no distractions. Showed her this method and now she can appreciate it just as much as I do. Thank you so much melon
I was about to finish my "we cry together" voice cover when I remembered my name 😭😭 sad to be out half way to my listening session, Enjoy the album everyone 😭😭😭
As a Libra whose last name starts with the letter G, I'm glad I'm getting the full album experience from the get-go. I've been getting the full album experience for *years*, in fact.
@@glocktavious well it’s truly inspiring and innovative, created an amazing message with a great story amazing conclusion, great beats and production I mean really it’s a masterpiece. I’d say it’s a solid 2/10
thanks melon, i really was waiting for someone to direct me on how to listen to this album. Before this video, I was getting really frustrated seeing those around me able to listen properly and I felt left out :( Once again, you have proven yourself to be our savior
Ngl, even though most people say that most of the songs on this albums are songs you’re not gonna find yourself listening to throughout the day to or in the background, I find myself listening to United in Grief, N95, Die Hard, Father Time, Rich Spirit, Purple Hearts, Count me Out, Savior and Mirror quite often
Anthony, I know you're upset at us for negatively reacting to your previous Kendrick Lamar scores. But not even reviewing him for copying Baby Keem's flow is not a just retaliation. I hope that, over time, you are more willing to accept his music into that melon head of yours.
I can't say for sure wether it's pure sarcasm through which he is conveying us this message or that he is being completely genuine, you make me question things melon
I did almost everything on the list Kendrick even came on tour to my city in my dreams. It was a great listening experience. Even with my army folded and me scowling. Now I just need to listen to your review in my dreams so that can be my opinion. Then I’ll listen to it backwards
