In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the chaos and forget the deeper, more meaningful aspects of life. Answering the question 'how to live a simple Christian life' isn't going to be the same for each family or individual, but at the core simple living is simply the idea of removing the distractions of the world to focus on our growth in Christ.
In our simple home that is also quite chaotic at times with four young boys running we find simplicity in pushing aside the chaos (even though it most definitely still exists) and finding joy in the mundane. We focus on traditional skills like healthy cooking, growing our own food, and being outdoors as much as possible. We try to reduce the time we spend running around doing activities and instead enjoy the simplicity of being home together. Although we certainly are not minimalists, we are not maximalists either, and we frequently remind our children that people are more important than stuff.

You’re right on spending time in the Bible daily! 2 vital commands of Christ is to be immersed for the forgiveness of sins, and to stay faithful each Sunday, taking the Lord’s Supper and in fellowship with His People. Acts 2:38, Hebrews 10, Revelation 2:10… of God’s Word is wonderful….i never stop learning! Im glad i found your channel. I’m a retired Christian Preschool Teacher, of 28 years. Thanks for sharing! I love staying home and protecting my peace. I gre up in a rural area, but we definitely lived a simple life because we mostly interacted with others at school. I long to have a home in the country again.

I stumbled across your channel for the first time today, right after listening to a devotional podcast. I didn't get to watch the whole video as I am working but I used it almost like a podcast!! This was exactly what I needed to hear today and I wholeheartedly can say it was no mistake that I found this video or channel. Thank you for the beautiful scripture readings, the encouragements and inspiration. "Looking my children in the eye", is something I want to do more of starting today. Is not about a Christian life , you don't have to be a Christian, people in the past and other countries undeveloped, are not Christian and they live in this way. I feel the need to address this. Content creators (like me) try to create content and use 'keywords' that help address what their audience wants to hear about. In this case, there is a search volume in RU-vid and on Google for the term "How to Live a Simple Christian Life." This tells me that people wanted to hear about that topic. I understand that it can be frustrating to see the word 'Christian' in certain content. Living a simple life can certainly be done outside a faith context. Blessings on your day.

Too many kids to bring up in this sinful world . One kid is enough . And real Christians that follow the Bible where God gives us the diet of kosher food does not include pork or unclean animals . Read your Bible about healthy living first .

The Bible has many laws in the old testament. The death of Jesus on the cross has made us righteous, not the laws. Christian's do not have to follow the dietary laws as they live under the grace of Christ. If you believe something else that's your choice, just as our beliefs are our choice.
