I'm on day 22 of my 30 days of No Alcohol and I'm feeling okay. I'm a little stressed with work but I do have some interesting thoughts about my overall health which includes my blood pressure and my anxieties.
I might extend my 30 days of no alcohol just because I like how I feel.
