a demonstration showing pattern top fabric in knowing which way to actually load the top...hence knowing the how to load the the fabric itself taking into consideration with fabric design (front vs. back). I use red snappers so pinning was not useful for me at this time.
Can someone help please. The first piece to go on is top. When you are pinning on are you looking at raw edges of blocks or the finished blocks. Then lay all on floor at your feet. Its hard to understand with the top being solid black on both sides.
Would have made this easier if you would have used a real quilt top. Can’t figure out by your video if you place the top up or down since it’s just all one color.
My frame does not release and move outwards like yours does. When you state quilting position? My frame is from 2002? Is that why or is the frame not set up accurately?
