Right!?!?! I load trailers and for a single pallet I'm wondering why the fuck it's taking so long. 1 pallet is legit a 1 minute job at most assuming the driver has an empty trailer you're able to just drop the fucker on the tail-end and be done with it.
I’m a male a turn 23 this month and work at Costco depot I loaded a full semi trailer truck with 3100 cube in 20 minutes flat and can load 4 full trailers by the 4-5H mark of the shift
First mistake: the operator did not fasten her seat belt. As a certified operator/trainer she would have been having a discussion in the office about that safty violation.
As a truck driver I've never seen a forklift driver put on a seatbelt. You're probably a union shop, which normally takes about 6 times as long to get loaded.
You don’t have your seatbelt on where I work we don’t have that shit on first time is a warning 2nd time u get kicked off it then retake the class and it could be awhile for another class.. u have skill though some people can’t do it not for everybody
