Hey Chris, Good video. I have an Old Town 132 PDL with the Wilderness cart and use an extended hitch on my truck. The strap on the rudder is a good idea. Loading the kayak onto the cart on the boat ramp is where I have the most issues. The cart turns or rolls if you bump it before getting the kayak fully on it. I've been using a couple wood blocks under both sides of the cart frame to hold it more horizontal and keep it from rolling as much. Seems to work but not the most efficient. Any other ideas? thanks, Ron

Hey Ron once you try the strap on the Rudder trick you can play with the length of the strap so when you pull your kayak off the truck it will sit under the seat or wherever you keep your wheels under the kayak. As far as the tipping out rolling you can adjust the kayak cart legs to have a wider fit. I would recommend flipping your kayak over and adjusting the cart for a better fit. I hope this helps you out
