She's not wrong. If you always try to fit into the standards, you'll feel ugly no matter what. There's a lot more to life than being pretty. Look around, out of 10 people 5 are beautiful. It doesn't mean that the other 5 are worthless. @@mariaaalam6954

I would advise uni girls to better concentrate on their studies more than their looks. Taking care of your skin and overall mental and physical health is very important but recentlypeople have gone too far with skin care routines.

Don't use mouthwash on the daily basis As it can cause staining on teeth and increases the PH of the mouth which results in the killing of the good bacteria as well present in the oral cavity these good bacteria are essential for a healthy mouth 🌻🌻

So true...I had been using this Enzicolor mouth wash ever since I had my braces on but later on found out that my teeth were turning black I was wondering what the hell wrong I am doing as I was cleaning my teeth religiously but then I came to know that the culprit is the chlorhexidine element which is in the ingredients of most if the mouth washes and excessive use of such washes causes staining...
