Just a suggestion for the banana hair mask. Just pass it through a sieve and you won’t have any problems while washing it away and nothing will get stuck in your hair :)

Mam, I have stopped my hair fall by following a few tips. Here's what I do: FIRST, I drink 8 glasses of water daily. SECOND, I use a neem wood comb exclusively. THIRD, I avoid using colors or any chemicals on my hair. FOURTH, I only use coco onion oil shampoo and conditioner by Little Extra because my previous products contained harmful chemicals despite being labeled as natural. Coco onion oil has the power of both coconut and onion, which is beneficial. FIFTH, I practice daily yoga to reduce stress, which is a major cause of hair fall. SIXTH, I prefer a protein-rich diet since hair is made of protein. Overall, since I started following ur tips, my hair has become stronger, and I no longer experience hair fall. I can even see new hair growth on my scalp, albeit small ones.

You are genetically blessed with hair & skin. So was I . As i grew older no matter what my hair thinned after 40s . Hormones, age and stress change things in hair and skin. It can’t be helped. The only remedy i use apply oil on hair not scalp before shampooing, shampoo every two days and apply henna once in two months. I use Bblunt shampoo for years now.

Recently I have been following your skin care tips and hair care tips. But I'm facing a problem , i sweat too much , i go out for college tying my hair within few minutes my hair gets wet due to sweat All the hair care tips fails to work just for sweating too much.. other than this i had hair loss problem from class 7 , no doctors , medicines , ayurvedic medications ,could help in regrowing my hair. , I have a very thin hair. .
