Summary:- 1. Tuck in your t-shirts, shirts and blouses 2. Nude shoes (closest match to your skin tone) 3. Pointed toe Shoes 4. Expose the ankles (roll up your pants especially when wearing flats) 5. Finally! Tips for petite girls, from a petite girl! That's cool that people don't realize you are short. Everyone knows I'm short (I'm also 5'1), so clearly, I need to work on it! It doesn't help that some of my 4th graders are taller (and wider) than me, so people see us standing next to each other and it really accentuates how tiny I am.

I'm short too and very small boned(Asian genes). I've learned to embrace my size. We're tiny little elves that are small, slim and agile. We don't have to compare ourselves to regular sized humans (whatever height they are at where you live). Just look and feel the best for yourself

I am 5’8’’ but your tips are great for short and tall and everything in between. My mom is only 5’ and she is always looking for ways to look a little more tall and slim without wearing heels. Good tips. I've had most of my tops' sleeves tailored at 3/4 length that is more flattering for me. And when I find pants/jeans that fit right, I buy two pairs, one hemmed for flats and the other for heels. I don't usually rolled up my jeans unless the underside material is of similar color as the outside because the light colored cuff visually cuts me off at the lower leg which would make me look shorter. It costs more to tailor clothes, but worth it in the long run.

I think that if ur petite 5'2 and under wearing heels actually shows how short you are... bc with heels you are still short so it shows how much shorter you can be without the heels. I know it sounds weird but I feel like when ur short and heels don't make a difference then flats are better.. and I love ur tips!

Slip on pointed toe flats, work perfectly! Without the backing of a regular shoe, more ankle is exposed. Monochromatic is great, you can also break it up with a short blazer, or bomber, with the original monochromatic color, ( that has a print design, I find if you are using stripes always wear them going downwards). You can also wear you hair up, which can have a "taller," effect. Anything very long , like long maxi cardigans will make a shorter person look shorter. It is all in the symmetry! Or cut your hair a little, which will balance your height. I am shorter as well, longer hair on me made me look shorter. Great video and topic!!

Im 5ft 1 These are perfect tips for petite women also if some are over size 12 you can add a long coat or cardigan to balance out the out fit a different colour so the eye just sees in between the coat a skinny you Length is so important for petite showing your shoes & ankle works better than not 🌸

Very nice video. I am only 4'11' and slim. I always have worn at least a 2' heel with boot cut jeans. I never thought to wear shorter pants as you have shown. I am going to try this look. Thank you!

I’m not five feet but have very long legs and no torso. Love flats. I was always told not to tuck in shirts but I love ugh waisted pants and love tucking my shirt in haha
