@@saminajojo1253 صبح اٹھ کر نہار منہ دارچینی کا استعمال کیا پھر دو گھنٹے بعد صرف دو سلائس بریڈ کھایا اور دوپہر کو صرف سلاد کھایا رات کے کھانے میں گندم کی ایک روٹی اور سبزی کھاتا رہا ۔ سبز چائے دن میں تین مرتبہ دو دو کپ استعمال کیا ۔سبز چائے کھانے سے ایک گھنٹہ پہلے یا ایک گھنٹہ بعد میں پینا چاہئے ۔ دن کو اگر کبھی بھوک نے زیادہ تنگ کیا تو ایک سیب کھا لیتا تھا۔ چینی کا استعمال بلکل بند کیا تھا اور ساتھ میں نمک بھی صرف رات کے سالن میں استعمال کرتا تھا وہ بھی بہت کم۔ میرا وزن 100 کلو تھا اب الحمداللہ 87 ،88 کلو رہ گیا ھے ۔ ان شاءاللہ 78 کلو تک لانے کا ارادہ ھے اور یہی ڈائٹ پلان شروع ھے۔۔
Pre breakfast: zeera water (1 tsp in 1 litre) 1 hour later Breakfast: 1egg 1 fruit(except banana, grape) 2, 3 hours later : green tea Lunch : Chana chat Lobia chat Cabbage chicken soup 3 hours later Chai with stevia/canderel Dinner: grilled chicken/kabab with bowl of vegetables (cucumber/tomato) Avoid milk, yogurt, cheese, roti, rice, bread, cereal If hungry eat 1,2 kabab or 1 boiled egg 1 tsp ispaghol with water at night If craving for sweets eat 1 khajoor.

i tried this diet plan within 10 days i lost 8kg 🥺 even i ate 2,3 bites of veg rice at the end of 10th day i was also used to do half an hour walk and 15 mints workout but 2,3 days i skip it to....thnk u ma'am your diet plans help me alot im following your diet plans since 7 months and i lost 15 to 16 kg till now.....May Allah bless u always...❤️

This diet plan must be effective in loosing weight quickly but quite "Neeyati" kinda diet... What happen when 10 days over, would be difficult to control all regular things afyer getting to daily routine life. Banda aur bhi nadeeda ho jayae ga. Not every person has bull strong will power ma'am!!..

Black, white emty stomach. 1 tea spoon. 1 hour 1 egg omlette 1 fruit 1 green tea Channa chaat Lobiya chaat Cabbage chicken soup No cornflour, no soya sauce 1 tsp vinegar, no carrot weight gain. 1 cup tea. Grill chicken, kebab, vegatable. No dairy products. No juice. Boil egg. Tuukh malanga. Limo paani with salt. Ispaghol before sleeping. 1 date.
