Male chest fat (man boobs) causes

I like to change up my exercises so this will be a new one that I will try for about 3 years. I just want to see how I am going to get stronger and how I'm going to tone up my body by doing the same exercises.

Dipende dai tuoi obiettivi e dal tuo livello di allenamento. Se stai cercando di aumentare la resistenza, allora potresti esercitarti almeno 3 o 4 volte a settimana. Se stai cercando di aumentare la forza, allora 2 o 3 sessioni di allenamento a settimana dovrebbero essere sufficienti. In ogni caso, assicurati di fare un giorno di riposo tra le sessioni per dare al tuo corpo il tempo di recuperare.

I would recommend doing 3 sets of each exercise. Depending on the intensity of your workout at the gym, you may want to do more or less sets.

Ciao! I primi risultati si possono vedere in circa 4-6 settimane, a seconda del tipo di esercizio che stai facendo. Ricorda sempre di mantenere una routine costante e di essere paziente, poiché non si tratta solo di esercizi fisici, ma anche di una corretta alimentazione. Spero di averti aiutato!

I understand your confusion. The video title does say '1 Week', but that is referring to the amount of time you need to commit to this plan to see results. It does not mean that you can expect to get rid of your man boobs in one week. It takes consistent effort over four weeks to see results.

Watching how the fat melted away day after day was very surprising, I just did what I was talking about and within the first 14 days or so I was visibly defined, I just go'ogled Baker Henistole and after 30 days I actually developed strong pecs for the first time in my life lol!
