This is horrific! You were supposed to send her to an orthodontist to get the braces instead of doing buccal fat removal. She had a huge overbite that made her lower jaw withdraw.
Not really, it all depends on your teeth’s structure, if they’re all well placed one on another then the braces can’t to anything to your double chin or how much your chin isn’t in the right place because if the teeth are good then your jaw is as well but everyone doesn’t have the same bone structure so some people have a more advanced jaw and some have a short
It’s sad how vain this world has become, “want to look good from every angle” these are the same people that judge other people’s look because they are insecure about themselves
It’s the lips that make her face look odd. If you look at her profile you can see that her faces highest point is the mid section so by getting lip filler she exaggerates this particular area, making her mid face protrude more outwards (flat, short forehead, low cheekbones, weak chin, protruding lips and nose). Of course not flattering since that’s going against our modern beauty standards (which she’s trying to achieve by getting plastic surgery)
She looks better but and not overdone. This is realistic. About the comments that she is overweight - no she is not. Her nose is much to petite for her face.
@@jennamarie4009 please get real. I know people they look fat in the face (with double chin and hamster cheeks), but have a normal body. Because your face looks fat it makes your body fat too? No it doesn't, and not everyone needs to wear a size 0 - a size 6/8/10 or even 12 is okay too. Body shaming is not correct. Everyone should take a good look at themselves.

Looks like she needed jaw surgery, not fat removal. I forgot the name of the condition but I had a friend in school who had the same overbite look & got it corrected with a jaw operation
Idk what the first or third surgery you listed is but I am sure that she'd only have to "fix" her jaw/chin with implant or genioplasty to get a balanced face.. and maybe also dissolve some of the filler 😅
I also had a ugly side profile but was not sad, insecure and bitch about it but i put on 2 years of hard work and now is far better and i can even call myself good looking now Edit: i did mewing for 2 years which fixed my jaw structure and did home workout every now and then. I really want to go to gym but to far away from where i live so i did 50 kg barbell lol

? Lol, i mean I see a change that likely could've been achieved with like 2 weeks of facial exercises. She looks good regardless, some people may say the lips are off putting but they're on her face so that's not the viewers business.
You know , I think she needs to get rid of the prior cheek filler and and some of the lip filler. As the filler is pooling past her vermilion border I think the filler looks strange . I think that’s mostly the issue .
