I’ve reduced around 17 pounds of my fat soon after I used this unique MyWeightLossDiet6.blogspot.com diet plan . It may nothing short of a miracle. This gets results extremely fast and I also think it’s great. There is a massive difference in how that my outfits fit in and just the side-by-side shots of a Six day difference! .

Glad you have a supportive partner, home, animals and plants to keep your mental health centered. Lots of people don’t! Then comes nutrition, time to cook and workout. Are you measuring your carbs or just using your knowledge? Banana is a very high carb fruit, as well as oats. Banana is high in potassium which is great with electrolyte intake - what you’re looking for for your cells.

GIRLFRIEND. OKAY. So I get that you’re on a cut, but a teaspoon or half a teaspoon of coconut oil into that chocolate while you melt will give you a life altering drizzle consistency that I personally believe is straight magic. If you can fit in a smidge of fat, do it!

Great video! You have lovely eyes!! I’ve been cutting seriously a little over a year now and finally getting my low abs to come in. It takes soooo long!! Thanks for the helpful diet suggestions. I try to eat the same boring food all week and do a cheat meal every Saturday. It keeps me going without going out of control on my diet. I started at 206lbs, on keto while working out and ended up now at 155lbs and recomposed myself to have more lean muscle and less fat. I found myself low on strength in the gym so I switched to a balanced diet while still in about a 400 calories deficit each day, except Saturday. I feel like at this point all progress is super slow and I’m trying to change things up a little so my metabolism stay very slow.

u could also use zucchini if u don’t want to add cucumber bc zucchini doesn’t have a strong taste on its own

Low heat for eggs are key, like more on 5 but between 5 and 6 and then just keep scrambling, let it cook a few seconds a couple times in between flippin and bam awesome scramble never burnt eggs♡ take a couple min

I don't eat. Thats helps me reduce body fat but I eat something speacial like eggs because it has protein to repair muscle and water and then I go on with my day just drinking water lol. And then I eat at night😂. What a live

Dont compare yourself to others. She does IF so she has bigger meals and has lots of muscle, everyone is different.

everyone is different! some need 1,200 a day while others need 1,500. i would think she needs 1,500 a day so that’s why she’s eating slightly more. if you don’t eat enough calories it could drastically change your progress and the way you focus as well as your motivation. :)) it is important to have a calorie deficit though, so if you used to eat 1,700 a day you should go for 1,500.

It’s all about calories in vs calories out. To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit. Burn more than you consume and you’ll lose weight!
