1. Repeat “I love myself” with confidence as often as possible 2. Use your love for others as a mirror for how to love yourself, “I love them and that’s how much I love me” 3. Be gentle, gracious, and forgiving toward yourself, immediately renounce any negative self talk
Let's do three more.. 4. Do heart focused breathing feeling love flowing. 5. Get physical touch or hug yourself. 6. Spend time in nature. Park, beach, forest etc.
I have hated myself for most of my life. Worked to love everyone else to my own detriment. Loving myself always felt blasphemous. A whole new world is mine through love and grace.
I spent my whole life loving and serving others because that's what I was taught and wanted to follow Jesus who "came to serve". I loved the Creator for our beautiful planet, animals, even saw the divine and beauty in others. But I failed to see it in me and love myself. It was mostly due to me believing that I was unworthy based on how others treated me as a child. As soon as I was done trying to earn others unconditional love and settled into loving and honoring my authentic soul self, healing my inner child and just being her with no shame, I began my spiritual awakening. My heart blew wide open. It also gave me the capacity to love others unconditionally because I was being true to myself. Loving yourself is the greatest revolution. Thank you Aaron....you are a wise soul. 🙏 ❤
You just summarised the entirety of what I learnt spiritually studying professionally as a theatre performer. I remember when I came out of study and into the world I was so intuitively filled with "the actors eye" this self observation you have when you perform a character that kinda of watches everything taking place. Everything you described here is EXACTLY what naturally blooms in the rehearsal rooms during the intimate exploration of the human experience through characters! It becomes so obvious so quickly that Every person is a gift, no matter what they did. the hero's the villains. all were just people doing there best- the was such a effortless unconditional love. I then had my dark night of the soul, and many kundalini initiations and forgot these feelings in their specificity- they were all intuitive and unconscious at the time. And it came to me if I reach out my arms..and imagine rays shooting out of my hands like spiderman, but rays are my love hitting each person it happens to fall on. ❤love scattered all over the world..I can not wait to see what happens next...

I thought I loved myself a few years ago when I liked the way I looked. I am having some health issues that have a big impact on thw way I look, I am not able to look at myself in the mirror and I am rejecting my body. I am also in constant pain. Body image and illness make self love very challenging. ❤

Thank you so much for this, Aaron! I’ve noticed I have a deep seeded reaction to overt self-love from my strict religious upbringing. I was taught to love others but self love feels selfish in a negative way like I am being vain and somehow it feels more pious to be hard on yourself. No wonder I was always miserable when I was young. Appreciate your teachings so much. 🙏🏼
No one’s ever been in love with me and I’ve never had a special romantic relationship so that part was triggering seeing you (and everyone else really) assume that everyone has been in love, usually many times. No highschool sweetheart. Have never been able to fully receive or mutually express that type of special love with someone. I have no memories of that to draw from, only memories of rejection

Thank you Aaron, Important practices & helpful guidance of Development in partnerships,luvers, Marriage & above all Self Love.There are positive results in these Powerful Practices, even to know the difference between loving ourselves in a manner that isn't self- boastful, egotistical & or Selfish & those that do,it will just end up showing it's self as that.2 know self is 2 love self 🌿🕊️ Pivotal actions or statements to dive in deep with one's true Authentic identity bc sometimes we loose or have lost the true Identity either to please or boost up the ego or just to please Others & it's not fair to sacrifice Self in this way 2 ❤ self is 2 know self Superficial relationships or hook- ups are just mainly that of an ego based mindsets example trading ego boosting efforts in order to experiences, exhilarating pleasures( the exchange of ego boosting fakery a lustful exchange) no judgement upon it it's just an experience after all 2 know thy self is 2 ❤ thy self I AM learning I AM understanding I AM all that I AM
