How to lower stuck wooden pump jack scaffolding 

Wooden pump jack scaffolding is one of the greatest tools I've ever purchased, however getting stuck while trying to come down is also about the most frustrating thing that's ever happened to me in DIY. I spent hours and hours stuck in the air and learned all the tips and tricks to lowering yourself.
