My heart rate is mid 40's and BP 140/90 I'm 31, I have tons of energy, very focused, breathe fine, have great cardio, train heavy often, fast regularly, drinks very large amount of clean water, eat only organic whole foods. What's going on?

Excellent advice. Addressing stress is a big one people do not realize can make a substantial difference. Meditate and go out and enjoy nature. It’s a must. I have addressed diet, stress and exercise and it has made a big impact. Just make it part of your daily routine. And the numbers will come down. Naturally. 👍🏻

Great video! I changed my diet to be a very healthy DASH/Mediterranean diet with no processed foods but my resting heart rate didn't really come down until I established a routine of a daily 45 minute brisk walk outdoors (and I live in a hilly area), and treadmill running every other day. I do find that if I am nervous, my heart rate goes up with my bp, but I am really getting those emotional reactions under control, too. Both the diet and the exercise helped me to lose 10 pounds (I'm a pretty light weight person to begin with) and now I feel great.

Consistency is the key I go to the hydrotherapy pool every day because that's what I enjoy. I think people need to find what they enjoy.. even if it is dancing. Get moving :) Have your clothes ready and you are set to go.

Sir, When my HR is 88 BP is 130/82 when HR is 144 BP is 160/83.. so sir any connection between this? My Echo is normal but ECG show IRBBB. So sir should I take BP control medicines? Or HR rate? If not so what should I have to do? Please help me.

@@AdamJStoryDC I brought down my bp from 220/132 to 110/80 in 4 months. Walking 9 kms per day and eating 1200 calorie helped me with some medication. I had abused alcohol, which led to hypertension emergency

My husband’s blood pressure runs a little high consistently, not on medicine yet.. 145/85 but his heart rate at rest is 30 he works out six days a week for about an hour at the gym Only eats meat and fruit most days some vegetables, but no processed foods 54 years insurance through the VA and they’ve recommended a few times. Maybe he needs to be on blood pressure medication now your thoughts on how to correct this naturally or is it time for medicine thanks.

Also thought I would add he is 6‘6“ and 230 pounds he lives weights one day cardio the next I’m not at the gym with him, so I’m not exactly sure the routine thanks
