Vegan is not eating clean, in fact it's the opposite. You shouldn't cut out whole food groups. Eating clean means cutting out added sugar and processed foods
I've been dieting 4 months, went vegan, lost 8 lbs and just stopped. I think I need to lose 20 lbs more. It's so discouraging to get on the scale every day, same weight. Interesting video.

Hello Dr. Weiner! I watch all of your videos as soon as they come out pretty much but I have a question. Unfortunately, I relatively recently did a calorie restrictive diet and lost about 10-15 lbs and now am in the process of having extreme hunger and have gained everything back and more... I started at around 180 lbs and now sadly am around 200 lbs... and extreme hunger shows no signs of decreasing so far... I already gained around 10% more than I started with so why has my body not yet found its new set point?! If it did; I wouldn't be so perpetually hungry and keep gaining weight. I have not yet had surgery, but will on the 25th of August.
Unstable Blood Sugar, or Insulin Resistance may be the cause of your extreme hunger and weight gain. Or maybe you have a dietary fat and fiber deficiency. Could be all of the above. 🤷🏾♂️
I just downloaded the caloratio app, but it does not have the foods I eat listed. Will it provide a menu of which foods to eat to lower your set point? Thank you
He specifically said that weight loss surgery isn't for everyone and that he never tries to talk another into it. He gave three ways aside from surgery that a person can lower their setpoint. In what way did he shill for surgery?
