Also if u don’t use the spindle and just use the adjustable strut you will have hella camber even after allingment. I just did mine with a 4” drop strit and now Ima go back add rings then put the spindle to take away my camber
Nice e homie thanks cause u got a 2020 rst came lowered i saw the belltech name on front strut but didn't know what else to look for. Now i know a lil more to see how low im riding...im find you on the gram...great vid !
Okay I just dumped out my ‘23 with the same kit.. except I used just the smallest ring to drop it 5.5” in front and 7 in rear. But I see it on this truck as well as mine.. the passenger rear tire pokes out and the driver rear wheel is sunk in some, so I measured the inside of the wheel to the frame on both sides and the passenger side was 6-5/8” and driver was 6”.. so to even it out have to loosen all the u bolts and try to slide the axle to the driver side 5/16”.. hopefully it will move that far without having to modify pins and shit
Great video fellas!! Thank you so much for the detailed video. How does it compare to the smooth factory ride that all of the GM trucks come with? I love the ride my 21 has but want to drop mine as well. Thanks again!
I have a question. I thought the belltech kit was a 4/6. I didn’t know you can make it a 5/7? Also how is the ride? My 21 RST is a daily driver. With the 3.0 duramax.
Awesome videos bro, by any chance have you done a 2021 gmc sierra 1500 denali crew cab with magni ride suspension i wanna do a 3/5 from ihc thanks in advance keep up the awesome content!🤙
Hey I got same truck same drop kit and did a 4/6 but didn’t do a c notch and it hits reallly bad on the bed what do you recommend I get .Some helper bags ??
They recommend the helper bag kit when it’s the 5 inch rear drop you would just have to install the lift shackles that come in the kit and added with the bags it’ll help not bottom out
Thanks! You should be able to we had a nnbs with a 4/6 on 28s no rubbing on the rear just adjustments to the fender in the front to clear turning radius so a 5/7 with 26s should be fine
Hi there, just bought a 2021 RST from the dealer and it already came lowered. Don’t have no info on the lowering but I have an issue. It vibrates when it rides. Would you be able to narrow it down for me in what that issue could be? And thanks in advance.
You can use a helper bag kit to keep you from bottoming out where the frame would be hitting the differential I know IHC suspension sells the kit with the helper air bag instead of the c-notch
@@proyectosloscarnales4512 I have the ihc control arms and I have the Belltech coil overs and the spindles. How do I combine the components to get a smooth ride
For the rear you can remove the lift shackles and install stock/lowering ones and do a c-notch. For the front add a lowering strut or spindle since it comes with lowering control arms.
