Awesome find! Times have sure changed though. Back in Sept 2003 I had picked up a running '68 C10 longbed with 327, TH400, 12 bolt rear with leaf spring suspension...for $500.00 and I drove it home. These days no one can pick up anything remotely in driving condition for less than a grand.
How’s the wiring work ? How do you set up the computer out of the 5.3 and make it work in a 69 c/10. I got the front clip off ready to drop the new motor in but wanted a few pointers before throwing it in. Lmk please
buy a standalone harness and computer like the system from holley it’s plug and play and don’t need to hook it up to the truck just power what you need thru it like fuel and lights and everything and it comes with a “dash” to show you all you need to know
Start with getting an ls motor first then drop it in change to the right wiring harness get the right transmission for the ls change your fuel system to the eif
