Had one last night where I felt in control of a nightmare robbery/assault situation. It was empowering. I woke up when I was finished with them but was not stressed. I will try your suggestions.

My lucid dreaming is intense and vivid. Self awareness and control seemed to be triggered by sleep paralysis 100%. Usually Staying up late and my body push myself to sleep, then relaxing and allowing the sensory overload and reality collapse. I’m sure this is not a healthy way to do it… but it’s pretty much automatic control.

I've only had a lucid dream once, and it was the inspiration for my first book. I make a brief note of my dreams whenever I can. I hope to experience one again, so I will take these tips on board.
