Thank you for this . I just recently cut my hair really short with a shave down in the back and I’m almost regretting it because I want braids for the convenience so that I start back working out. I’m not going to let it stop me tho. My health is more important than my hair and I need to maintain now more than ever
Absolutely I say that all the time. There is a healthy balance between fitness and maintaining our hair. It may take a little bit of work but it can be done.
Right on point! Love your message and strategy - work the cut, don’t over process the hair, and work out ❤ #HealthIsWealth….and when you are healthy and have that glow and energy people are looking more at you than your hair #ShineSistersShine
Girl this video is right on time!! I’m currently sitting here needing a haircut and like what am I going to do with this head!! I’m on a fitness journey but I need to stay put together as well. Thank you, haircut loading…Also I just got my Peleton Tread less than a week ago #BeConsistentD07!
Peace and Blessings to you and your Family. Thank you thank you thank you. This is going to help me. I am getting back on track to work out and I want to maintain my short hair. This is right on time. Thank you, Ms. Brandy stay blessed and Safe.
Thank you for this, I truly needed this bc in the morning after my workouts it’s been a struggle with trying to get ready for work! Also shout out to all my peloton people, love my peloton #Ellegirl79.
I have a pixie cut but i wake in maintenance and i have to wear a bump cap everyday all day. Wat are ways i can protect my hair at work while having it covered in a bump cap.(regular hat with an insert) I also wear glasses so sometimes my ears feel the pressure of yhe hat glasses n scarf. I dint want to keep taking the hat on and off messing up my hair and edges
I do CrossFit wends, Thurs and Sunday. I’ve been using a bandana just over the top and I’m very frizzy after. Gonna try this especially the mesh wrap to see if I can make something happen 😭
What is a "partial relaxer", and how is it different than a regular relaxer service? How often are you relaxing your hair to maintain your short pixie?
