I wear my hair natural now but I most definitely could have used this advice when I was getting body wraps. They would never last and I hated having to flat iron it so much!
My hair is natural too! Or do you mean you wear your hair curly now? And girl I know. I don’t retouch it at all and I love it! I only let my stylist straight it when I get trims!
First of all you & your hair is beautiful !! 😍 second, I did not know it was this easy!! I thought I always had to use pin curls or flexirods, bantu knots etc, to maintain my silk press. I’ll definitely try this the next time I get my hair blown out!! Thanks for sharing !☺️
That looks really good for maintenance at night. Just a quick question, I would like to try it, but I live in a place with 90% humidity. Do you have any tips to maintain it? (Going to check out your other videos, too!)
Oooh great question. So I live in a place that EXTREMELY dry so I haven’t tried this in a humid area. I would think it would for maintaining it at night but it might not last for more than 2 weeks.
I totally love your wavy hair look but the silk press is nice too. My hair would NEVER EVER EVER EVER last that long. The way I sweat ALL DAY lol. Thanks for the tutorial though
See that is my issue...I work out a lot and sweat tremendously. But I'm always trying to wrap my hair. I'm definitely going to have to save this video and remember to do this the next time I have a silk press.
