A VSL is used to show you are real person, For your clients to connect and get some info on you. So if you do not show your face, your metrics are probably going to be bad
Hey brother just some advice for you, focus on 1 service (e.g just Facebook Ads). Focusing on more than 1 will massively increase operational drag and will make it a complete nightmare to run your agency once you have a few clients. Rather than being average at 5 different services you should aim to specialize at 1 and become a master at it then nobody will be able to compete with you.
Both facebook ads and google ads are very effective at getting results for your clients. It is also dependent on your niche but generally facebook ads provide great results for clients across all niches. I would also focus on choosing one and becoming a master at that rather than trying to balance both as this will become very complex for you
