Thanks for the videos. I am in California. The laws allow only selling a couple cars a year for non dealer. Where do you buy your cars and how do you sell them? Craigslist?
Here in Flordia, our laws are just like California, you are allowed to sell 6 cars in your personal name. You are allowed to sell in your family members names, brothers, sisters, spouse, and so on. I always buy all of my cars from private sellers, Craig’s List, Facebook Marketplace, and Nextdoor app. Never go to the auction, because you will over pay for dealerships unwanted cars.
