Loved this video Grant!! Plus...you’re so right! You have to have an eye for the unseen. Visionaries are able to see or create the unseen!! That’s the essence of a true entrepreneur! I can totally see you turning that little shack into some little “business right on the beach” vision! Something, be it a high end rental unit right on the beach or better yet maybe a little food joint right on ocean front! Great video! Real estate is the way to go. Years ago, I remember taking a tour through an apartment I was considering renting within a multi-unit house. The place looked decent but the bathroom was strangely all pink - the walls, etc.. (I'm a guy). I told the realtor no thanks. I though see your point on buying a house that has what some potential buyers would consider deal-breakers. You can, as you point, out alter these later as the owner. Please continue posting more of this home renovation-type content. Thanks, GC.

Few months back I lost my job as a direct result of COVID-19, I wasn’t even offered a remote work. I was able to manage the condition and trying to adapt to staying home without working, I was in control of the situation for 4months till I had nothing in my account and could not afford my bills. Things became hard and my best friend was the person that always supports me, I almost made him broke with my debt. When I first heard of Grant Cardone was on Facebook when I saw his post and case of my work I could not attend his conference. I thought of searching names of entrepreneurs and Grant was the first person I searched, I followed him up and joined his 10X plan, today I am worth 7figs and soon I would be on 8figs, join Grant 10X and you won’t have to worry about money. 8months ago I lost my job due to lack of work as a direct cause of COVID-19. I went bankrupt for 2months cause I already exhausted all my savings on food and shelter, my saving was no longer enough to clear my bills, I made different research online on how to get remote work from home, but I didn’t get any positive result, until I found Grant on a Search on RU-vid i was broke as f**k. Lovely home. Enjoy. Have fun and success always. Neighbor can possibly get a permit to renovate part of his garage similar to your ideas. I took real estate class in HS because my guidance counselor wouldn't let me take cosmetology. I should have went to show Apts for the teachers firm. When he asked us. Real estate was a great class to take. You can always fix what you don't like in a home as long as you can afford to. To save money, maybe your good at DIY. The home should be what you can afford.

The approx 10 inch doors may have been for hurricane structure laws back then. Today there are big improvements in window technolog, and other home technology. You can buy temporary wall paper to put over what you don't like, until you decide on permanent solution for your home.

Over priced landscaping budget and don't forget the weather and tides that come in. My advice to any new purchase is to live in it for one year before you do anything. After one year you know what the priorities are; you know what the desirables are. Love it by the way!
