I remember eating inarizushi, when I was last in California, at a sushi restaurant. I loved all of the dishes I had, but inarizushi really stands out in my memory. Absolutely delicious!!
Thanks for the tutorial, we don't have the smaller Abura-Age so I made with the regular.... and it was the biggest inari sushi I've seen in my life lol! Still tasty nonetheless, I'm gonna try with the triangular fried tofu next time.
wow! i never knew u could just make this from the aburaage! We would just buy the canned inari and make our sushi rice, its easy and even though we love the super ridiculously sweet sauce I think knowing how to make it from scratch like this is really cool. will definitely try this!
Awesome, I finally get to know how to make it! I first had these at a Soka Gakkai gathering in my town as my mother was part of it at one point and I've always wanted to know how to make these. Thank you!
I’ve bought the pre-made tin cans of inarizushi skins at the Japanese market but I never thought to try making them on my own! I bet they’re so delicious. Thanks for the recipe, I’ll definitely try this out!
Tried to find abura-age in my asian stores around town but no luck. :( A friend was searching from the beginning and called me for help. He didn't know what they were called before, but now I know so I can try to search for them again. 😊 I hope I will find some, because now I'm getting interested in trying out this too. Thanks!
Thank you for the recipe, Princess-san 😊 Would like to know, can you suggest replacement of mirin with any non-alcoholic ingredient? Thank you in advance! 😊
