Wholemeal Bread Loaf - There is not much difference between wholemeal and regular white bread. Method is the same, only difference is the ingredients. Wholemeal bread is more hard and dry compared to white bread in terms of the texture. Hence, I added partial bread flour to the recipe so that the bread can be softer and less dry. You can do a 30 - 50 -100% wholemeal if you desire. The bread in this video is 100% natural wholegrain.

- Unsweetened fresh milk (or water): 170ml
- Instant men: 3gr
- Whole wheat flour: 200gr
- White salt: 3 - 4gr
- Honey: 15ml (1 tbs)
- Light butter (Room temperature): 20gr
- Light butter: 5gr (Apply to cake surface and anti-stick to mold)
- Optional seeds (raisins, chia seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, ...): 40 - 50gr
