For the next year i am looking forward to achieve these goals 1. get down to 72kg with Lean muscle 2. Get a summer internship 3. Get a placement during the hiring season for this year 4. Start giving out more contests in leetcode
brother ive seen your comments on the videos throughout the year and just know i really appreciate your support along the journey 🫶 i believe in you my friend, we'll visit this comment in a year you got this 👊
Hey man, just a week ago my ex and I broke up, a 2 years relationship gone. Just like that. And it has been extremely hard for me. It has been a very painful week, a pain that is almost unbearable. I’m only 20 years old and I know for a fact that I can use that pain as a momentum I need to turn my life around. My only concern now is that I will fall back into my depression and I won’t be able to climb back up. I saw one of your videos the other day and it really inspired me. Thank you for sharing, and I hope in a year I will be where you currently are.
hey bro! trust me i know how you feel ive been there too its tough losing someone you care about and have spent a big portion of your life with for me it took many months to be in a place where it didnt hurt daily anymore so its going to be a long process BUT just know theres light at the end of the tunnel the pain wont be forever and once you come out on the other side you'll be so much stronger and have learned alot about yourself the gym is definitely a good place to start, you can use the pain as fuel and in a couple of months when you start reslly noticing a difference in your body you start to feel really good of yourself then on top of that learning a skill like coding will give you more purpose and a direction to go into which will also give you a boost in happiness
Hey there luke, I'm just here to say that I live a very similar life over here in northern canada. (Same snowy landscape/cost of life/high-rise apartment) It's a joy to see guys about the same age as me setting up goals and purpose for their life.! That’s the way to do it. Keep it up brother. Happy new year
I'm one of the og's,have been watching your videos since the first one.I wish you the best for 2024.I set three goals for myself this year,I hope I can update this comment next year to say "I made it"
Yo, bro! Can you make a video about most perspective IT jobs in 2024? Because a lot of people were getting fired (web development ) because IT is in the a litle crisis in the last year and a half maybe, so I think it would be useful for some people to get them directions in other perspectives maybe? Thank you for useful videos, i really like your style of videos, be unique as you are and Happy New year man!
hey bro! i think that video would be a bit too niche for my channel i mostly make like self improvement videos and vlog type videos but maybe i could make a video about the general job market in tech 🤔 really appreciate the comment and wish you all the best aswell 👊
Wish u all the best bro! Decided to go full proggramming, stopped gaming in 2024 until i make it, also RU-vid and everything else hopefully :)) btw what video editing software you use? Premiere pro or something else? :)🎉
just curious , do you regularly read ? I seem to notice your english is quite concise and colorful ! youve inspired me to read more and elevate my english hoping it to be as succinct as yours
hey! i actually dont read as much as i should, i mostly listen to podcasts and when i dont understand some word i go research it and try to use it when i speak english thats how ive learned most of the english, through youtube / gaming if you want a good way to learn to speak english, then read books out loud and if you dont understand some word then look it up 👀 for book recommendation im not sure what kind of stuff youre into but a book called "lords of easy money" is so good if youre interested in economics and stuff, or any Ray Dalio book 🤝
Hello, can you help me? I'm wondering: is it possible to combine learning programming and games? And how did you do it? And thank you for making the video, you give me motivation😁
hey! ofc it's possbile nobody is productive 247 or if they say they are then they are lying :D but personally I cut out gaming completely, it was too big of a temptation for me and I always lost track of time when gaming and on top of that it didn't feel as fun as it used to so I just completely cut it out appreciate your support alot too
Awesome video man, but can I have a few questions as a 14 year old. I have a feeling to be a software engineer, but I dont know what first programming language should I learn first? really appreciate if you answered 🙏, happy new year!
hey bro! honestly dont stress about the language just pick one and stick to it for a while when you learn the basics 🤝 but imo python is probably the easiest one to start with
You should try becoming a web developer, it is very easy and you can make a lot of money with it! Start learning front end web development that includes HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Then if you want, you can continue learning back end
Hey luke, please i want to be like you and i have been trying my hardest, but it feels like i am stuck on the same level, i feel like im still a beginer and cant advance, what should i do and what courses or things should i do? thnaks man and keep going, have the best life ever bro, and hope u wil remeber me lmao
hey bro! i actually wouldnt do a course if you got the fundamentals down, after that it really just comes down to building projects and running into as many problems as possible, thats how you truly learn as a developer 🤔 also i actually recognize many peoples usernames and profile pics now haha so im sure i will remember u too 🤝
so Luke sir can i ask you please where did you learn how to code and courses you take further more is there a specific project that code you job or internship ?
hey bro! at the very beginning i did a course on python, but after that i applied and went to university (in finland its free) and after my freshman year got an internship 🫡 projects depend heavily on what kind of position youre going for, for web developer positions web apps, for mobile positions mobile apps etc
dont worry too much about the first one, you'll use multiple during your career so there is no "right one" but if you want to get your feet wet with as less friction as possible go with python at the beginning IMO 🫡
in a nutshell: - did a course to learn the basics and aee whats it like - went to university - got an internship after freshman year - been working since and yes its possible to learn remotely
Hey! In my salary video at the end i actually show my very first resume, i added another fullstack app to it later on but if you want to check it out its almost at the end of the "how much i earn..." video 👊
