Main Steps:
I. Gimp
- Turn image into silhouette shape
- Scale image to desired cutter size
- Make extra layers
- Save first layer image (Hole)
- Grow image by 1 mm and save second image (Blade)
- Grow image by 6 mm and save third image (Handle)
II. SVG Converter
- Convert images to .svg files
III. Tinkercad
- Import first image and scale to size
- Increase height of first image to be taller than desired cutter height and turn into a Hole
- Import second image and increase height to desired cutter height (we do 16 mm)
- Import third image and make height desired handle height (we do 2 mm)
- Group layers together and mirror horizontally
- Export model as .stl file
IV. Cura
- Import .stl file into Cura and make sure scale is appropriate
- Set 3D Printer settings
- Save to memory card
