This type of high voltage output circuit is using for self defence. It come's in small size tourch cum Shock given by saperat switch in the tourch. This type tourch n non tourch instructions called as ZAPPER or Z FORCE.

May be this is a genuine project. But the way you deliberately hide info, there is a feeling that it is a click bait. Capacitance of small capacitor is not given only voltage rating of 1kv is given. Are you sure the larger two capacitors are rated 230v?. The transformer secondary is connected to what looks like a voltage doubler. How come the capacitors are low voltage rating?
