Beautiful job bro. I loved the calm music behind the subject at hand. Very detailed and straight forward. The only thing I could see improvement on, is the delay between rocket and shell. Increase the delay so your rocket can get to its peak/apogee before the shell explodes. Again, beautiful work.

Went off of little too quick, after your delay did you Hammer in your plug? If not that's probably the reason for such a fast detonation after liftoff.
Nice craftsmanship! Looks like your doing 8oz or 1 pound motors now? I think you need more increments of delay. What's your delay ratio? I slow my delay down by adding 36mesh charcoal. Other people will use 80mesg charcoal in their delay. So yeah, add more increments of delay, or use a slower comp. BTW, that was a nice break! Looked alot better than my most recent tiger tail header I did. Keep up the good work man!
Thank you. I'm using a 4oz rocket. I'm just using a thicker tube to support the heading. I used +6% nahco3 to 55 35 10 Rocket fuel. And 0.33 inch delay.
so how dangerous can a kno3 Sulphur mixture be? A boy died while preparing the mixture. he was hammering both together in a container, that caused a solid blast left him dad on the spot.
Can i use feO3? Instead of kno3 cause i pretty much have to make it from scratch. I found a way to get potassium carbonate but its not working good. Pure sulfur is hard too.

which flash do you use as a booster, 70/30 kclo4/al or 35/35/30 kclo4/kno3/al? and what ratio of flash granulated bp do you use? what ratio would you use with bp coated rice hulls
I use Nitrate Flash Because of unavailability of Kclo4. I use 1:60 Flash : BP Granulate I don't use rice hulls so won't be able to tell you the right ratio.
@@PassfireRocketnitrate flash is also more stable and less risky. No wonder you were to shake it around and easily dust it without any issue. That was scary for me but knowing its nitrate based makes me feel better
@@PassfireRocket do you find unmilled burns at a speed good enough for only rockets? Or do you use unmilled for all other black powder related uses as well? I like that, because every body absolutely swears by it but to me I don’t see the appeal, I mean yeah… but eh
