Hi! I purchased a bracelet made like this. Unfortunately I can’t get the tightening and loosening part to work. It is a real hard challenge to get even one of the strings to pull loose. It also tightens pretty hard. It there anything I can do to make it slide easier? I thought maybe since you made these and other people were commenting, that maybe someone will know someway to make it slide easier. Thanks in advance to anybody that can help me!
