You're correct Carmen Seatla, it is indeed pure jealousy/envy Them that do it also have a cake making and decorating tutorial channel or are supporting a cake making and decorating tutorial channel of someone that they know. Some will go to the extreme length of creating many sock accounts on RU-vid to thumbs down a single video many times. I believe this is what is happening here and it is in their poor attempt in preventing Yeners Way videos from being amongst the top search results for such tutorials on RU-vid and Google and also so that his video's aren't featured nor recommended on RU-vid. But no fear because chef Yeners' likes of 6480 far outweigh the dislikes of a mere 318 and his view count thus far for this video alone is 698,343 I found him because he was in fact recommended to me =D. The envious tried and failed miserably =).. I just wish the other 691,545 viewers would have cast their vote too. So many views yet so few took the 1 second in time to cast a vote either way =(. Well done to them that did take the time and consideration to like the video for the quality tutorial that it is and for showing their appreciation to Serdar.

This is the best book cake tutorial I have ever seen. It not only shows you his amazing technique but it goes slow and he takes his time explaining which a lot of tutorials don't. Amazing job.

When l looked up my 1st book cake on u-tube there was no tutorial but only showed pictures. But this 2nd tutorial is amazing. lt is thorough and l now have confidence to make and ice the book cake. Thank you tutor.

Hi. you put a clingfilm cover over the first covering of ganache before chilling in the fridge....did you do the same with the second covering as well and did that take about 10 minutes as well or longer xx thanks...brilliant tutorial, can't wait to do this xx

It looks like the cake has a thin coat of ganache when he first starts to carve, or maybe it was almost frozen. Wish I knew. I’m going to try and make it this week for a lady
