In this DIY tutorial I teach you how to make a vintage inspired birdcage veil. This veil is very easy to make and create to wear to burlesque parties or vintage meet ups. Could also be made in ivory or white and worn as a wedding hair accessory.
For the birdcage veil you will need:
Millinery netting
Organza ribbon
Hair comb slide
Hair Flower
Needle and thread
Scissors.
