omg I've been saving my white mesh for a perfect clothing piece to make and I think this is it! It's breathable for the upcoming summer months and white is so chic. I think I might make a matching pair of athletic shorts too! :) The white faux fur letters add an elegance to the sporty piece omg i'm so obsessed! Awesome video, Wendy. hi wendy! I love your tutorials, but just a note to say that having the close ups of what your hands are doing that feature strongly in ones like the DIY mini backpack are really useful because sometimes it can be a little hard to follow the trickier bits which require a bit more fiddly bits. keep on it, though, you have the clearest tutorials I've seen on youtube so far! :)

Yeah! start with more affordable fabrics, and go for a slightly oversized fit so that it's a bit more forgiving. That way if you make mistakes, it should still look cute and you wont feel bad that you spent a lot on the fabric!
I stopped sewing for a while now. Work gets in the way and I'm always super tired. But your videos make me want to wake up super early and do what I love to do!!!! 😭😭 thank you so much for almost making me get out of bed lol! 💕Hopefully I can get started on a new project soon!

Kpooped_In_My_Hearteu Hi! I cut all the letters from the back of the fabric where I had traced with ink, so I just pinched the fabric a bit to snip a small hole, then worked my scissors inwards!
Great project! I've never understood pinning like what you did on the zipper and waistband... it makes so much more sense to pin across so you can sew over the pins and remove them after... ;) But still, cool jacket! :D
hey Wendy! it would be extremely helpful if you would specify more frequently what side of the fabric we are working on (right side vs. wrong side) sometimes these tutorials get really hard to follow. I love your videos though!
