When making dance music, you want your breakdowns to create tension and your drops to have impact. In this beginners tutorial, I'm going to show you a super simple way to achieve this in Ableton Live using just a few plugins.

Search up " drum bus" in audio affects, drag it into the "b return" or insert a return track

@@D317Y yeah so what i mean is if you have a midi clip that’s says 4 bars long how do you use drum bud on just one bar of it (if that makes sense) because when you select the midi clip there isn’t a way just to select the first part unless you highlight it but I don’t think that works

@@Koxocw i don't know that but if you want to adjust the voliume you can do it manually on that track by pressing "a" and the little synth icon in the right corner next to the pen must be turned off when u press "a"
