I started my Spooky Sampler quilt that I got in 2021 for the sew along. May I use this FPP in place of the broomstick blocks in my fabric purchased with the kit?

@@polkadotchair thanks! I tried it. Its a different size but I might make it work. Your tutorial was helpful. I love the Shelfie pattern too. Hopefully once the Spooky Sampler is finished I can start on it. I watched Pat Sloan's videos during the QAL so nice to have those as a reference too. Happy Halloween 2024! 🎃 🧡💛💚🖤🤎

I did the paper piecing of this block exactly how the directions said and the bottom piece does not match with the middle piece by quite a bit on both sides. I'm wondering if there was a correction to that pattern? I was unable to go to updates for this quilt. No link was good. Help.

There are not any corrections. Did you print the FPP yourself at home? If so did you have the scale set to "actual size" ? Does the square on the top corner of the pieces measure 1" x 1"?

Or did you maybe accidentally trim one of the sections on the inside line instead of the outside line?
