That seems to be a rushed way of making the cakes. The person who makes cakes at my dq fill in the barrier with ice cream by making zig zag motions on the perimeter inside the barrier and then fill the bottom with some mix and then add the chocolate chunk stuff. I’m not the cake person, but I only saw a glimpse of what they do.
I do cakes at my DQ and the way you mentioned is similar to how i do it. I fill in the ring straight from the ice cream machine going in a circle around the metal ring. Fill in the bottom. Add the center. Freeze for about 30 or so minutes and then fill in the top half with blizzard and freeze completely before removing the metal ring.
She did not make that right lol. You’re supposed to make everything that fits into the cake mold and then let the cake freeze with the mold, then you’d used the tool to create the grooves and decorate.
I'm a DQ manager and I'd make you fix that cone coating(or cocoa fudge) drizzle. It looked exactly like you did it... Slapped it on there. The drizzle goes first then the top frosting and then brownie and choco chunks.
Oh brother.....one of those fun managers to work for. There wasn't anything wrong with this cake. I'd tell you to lead by example then and show me how it's done. These people making a few bucks over minimum wage, and you trying to be nit picky and make their jobs harder than they need to be. I worked for someone just like u before. She was really good at pointing out everyone else's shortcomings, but didn't do anything but sit on her ass and try to boss people around all day. We banded together and got rid of her
I’m an assistant manager and this is how I was taught in 6 Years I’ve been here I never had anyone MAKE me do something. They ask me or tell me u seems like one of those rude managers lol girl I feel bad for your employees. 😂😂😂 dismissed.
