It's good to have different molds for chocolate decorations. But what do you do when you don't have them? I have them, of course, but I first of all teach you to work with your hands and head.
✅ You will need a template of any gear. You draw or print from the Internet, cut or just buy a ready-made one in the store. The pattern is ready.
✅ Be sure to temper the chocolate. Remember, three factors are key to a proper process: temperature, time and movement.
✅ Work with semi-frozen chocolate. And the teeth can be cut out already on the solidified one.
✅ In the video, I use acetate film, scalpel, attachments, awl, construction hair dryer, round punch, and palette knife.
