Must it be cut on bias ma for every type of fabric? And please I don’t understand how you inserted the front strap when it has a cut together facing. Did you slit it?
First, you only transfer bust dart to bust level line at center front. @ 7:19 instead of drawing a line from tip of the armhole to bust level line at center front, mark the mid point between the top of the neck line and bust level line then draw a line from the tip of the armhole to this mid point at the center front. When positioning the pattern on the new cf line as @ 8:16 both dart leg at the bust level line must touch the new center front line.
Okay,I understand the first part,but at 8:16 you are referring to my waist dart aligning to the new line right?.. I dont want to have a waist dart so where do I transfer it to?
