I made the steaks exactly like you made it and it was delicious! I browned the meat on each side for two minutes and cooked the steak for about 13 minutes and it was tender and juicy! Thank you!
Exactly, that was the recipe that I learned from a friend of mine. When my mom made it was too tough of the meat and then I do the same thing when I cook chicken livers exactly the same method I try not to overcook it if it’s over cook it it taste terribly tough. Take care guys

After browning my steaks, I added beef broth, onions, and mushrooms. I cook for 30 minutes thinking that it would be soft because of the broth but it wasn't. Cubed steaks have so much surface area because of the flatness and tenderization that it is really easy to overcook out the juices, EVEN if they are in water. I am glad I watch this video. I will reduce the cook time to 12 minute in future without cooking them in broth and make the gravy seperate.

While you cooking the steak, you continue to bring up the heat from 5 to 7 to 9. But, you're not say why nor you telling us when to do it?! How are we gonna get it right if you skip what you're doing and not telling us...
