I've created my own animated business cards which include a QR code to save my contact details to a prospective clients phone. People are always super impressed by it. I've also hosted the animated card on my website.
@@johnfirst8162 Not easy to do with just Elementor though. Takes some coding. I did a full online business card solution for a client which enables you to download a vcf card.
You can create a button and link it to a .vcf file you have uploaded to your wp media library or server. You can create one online or on your phone, then export it.
I have tried to follow the video, but container widget is not available and when I looked it up online, it says they are experimental. You should call that out in the video. Also, when I follow instructions, my screen doesn't look like hers from the beginning. Not a great video, but the topic is important.

Hi Plymouth, flexbox containers are still in in the experimental stage. You can enable Flexbox from the Elementor settings, but please do make sure to test first in a staging environment. So If they tap the phone/email icon is the phone automatically going to make the call or send the email (like in treelink kiinda)? If not would you please make a tutorial explaining that thanks !
@brianmondragon5411 thanks for your question. The action will not be completed automatically. But the default app for making a call or sending an email on your visitor's device will open with all the details ready for your visitor to complete the action in one click.
Hello do you want to set publish date and expiration date for your page? If this is the case you can set a future publish date on WordPrass pages, but you need to set its status from published to draft manually on the date you want to take it off. Alternatively you can create a page and set conditions to their containers using display conditions and finally prepare another piece of content in a container that will be shown only out of this date frame.

Hi Tevin, yes you can create a template by clicking the triangle next to the Publish or Update button. Then select Save as Template. For each virtual card, create a new page with Elementor, and click the Folder icon > My Templates tab. Select the template you created and click Insert. Modify your new page without affecting the saved template. Let us know how it works out 😀
I have create two columns section and try to insert background image on both column and inside the column there is one text. Background image is adjusted with text height but I want that div around 400px of height How to do that need some help.

did u create a new domain in order to make the card and use elementor? or use it on a domain that u were already using? Maybe I can just use a subdomain?
Hi BrightLight, yes, you will need a WordPress website for this to work. You can create a digital business card with the free version of Elementor, but you will not have all the options that are available in Pro. The Pro features are noted in the tutorial.

Is this only for PRO users? I don't see the ability to add a container inside the 1st container. Only an inner section and from there I get completely lost and unable to make the edits shown in this video.

Hi Emmanuel, we do use some Pro features in the tutorial, but you can still follow along and create a digital business card without using the Pro features.
Hi daddy elementor, are you gonna add footers and headers on free elementor? 😢😢😢. Daddy life is so hard without footers and headers. Clearly head and feet are important.
@@boxoffisa you are welcome. Kadence has an option to hide header(navbar) and footer to make a landing page, Just a button to click. I think otker themes can do it too. Good luck
