How to make a faux disappearing milk bottle for your reborn baby dolls ~ Highly requested video ~ 

I make my fake breast milk with all free and clear laundry fabric softener , water and yellow washable crayola marker. Draw on a square of paper towel and add the square of paper towel to the water and softener and that is Mariah Reborn channel showed me.

By the way , miracle milk is basically soluble cutting oil for steel shops, it has milk look but leaves residue. Try using floor polish or floor wax

I'm expecting my first Reborn by September of this year so I'm new to all of this. He will be an "alt" baby though so I needed to know how to make the bottles like this because most people seem to just create and sell the milk/juice ones but my little guy is gonna need a different mixture that I may have to make on my own.

Try half water half white unscented fabric softener and as many drops of miracle milk you want and a tiny dab of yellow gel food coloring. That's what I use and it lasts a long time.

Very cool 😎. I needed this a looong time ago. When I first closed a nipple, I put a tiny dot of silicone on the OUTSIDE of the nipple! 😂 it actually worked and I still use that bottle for photos! It did take 24 hours to dry as I recall. Then I just used white food coloring in water for the milk. 😂. I’m gonna try the Dawn fabric softener with yellow cap. I used Downy and the milk turned BLUE! I’m a mess.

I've also learned that you can use Ziploc bags for the liquid and you can use the Ziploc bags and put them in the bottles black real baby bottles and you can put them in the bottles, and then you can watch the liquid fill up the nipples and it's just like watching a baby drink a bottle I'm legally blind so that would probably be an easier way for me to make a magic bottle. I play with dolls and my husband bought me a so truly mine from Ashton drake. I call her a so truly my child baby and her name is cherish. I'm looking to start feeding her some bottles and I also learned that you can feed her that way

I use lotion as my formula for my bottle just add water and lotion together and mix well

To seal my nipples, cause I hate to wait, is I buy the soft UV Silicon Glue or SuperFlex UV soft silicon glue, which is easy to find on amazon in the arts and crafts section - normally you use it to make silicon molds for making acrylic, clay objects and food items - and it cures up in under a minute using a UV flashlight for setting UV silicon. It cures under either a UV light - I use a UV flashlight and a 1/4 depth will cure in 2-5 mins. You can also set it in the sun to cure but that will take a bit longer. This UV silicon is food safe as it can be used to make bottles for any age of child to use, and if you dog or cat happens to decide to chew on it, it will not hurt them either. You can also get it in a harder cure but I like the soft or flex because its easier and softer to compress, the hard UV Silicon can be compressed to but not as much as soft or superflex. The only time I use the hard UV silicon for sealing a nipple is if its for a doll that has wide open mouth to accommodate a nipple or dolls that have sound and makes noise when the bottle is insert as it needs silicon that is not a soft cure. With the softer cure the bottle pressed against a closed or semi closed mouth will compress more and appear as if the nipple is in the baby's mouth. The UV silicon cures to the same clear transparent color, like a silicon clear baby nipple, but if your want it to look like what is in the bottle, milk or juice you can easily add India ink, or acrylic pain to color it, which is the other bonus that I like over the silicon for caulking and sealing seems like you use as it rarely takes coloring it very well. The best result with miracle milk is to initially mix it in very hot water until you get the milk color you want. If you mike it in cool or temperate water you can end up with a color change over time. That may not be an issue but if you going for different types of milk, such as real milk, formula or breast milk using hot water you get the consistency that it will keep and not run the risk over time that what you thought looked like thinner breast milk starts looking more like cows milk or cows milk either looks thinner over time or becomes more like a milkshake appearance, and if you are coloring the milk to get a soy formula beige look, your better off using India inks or acrylic paints rather than food coloring or flavoring as those do spoil over time and if the bottles leak it can reek.

Heads up be careful of certain fabric softener they will turn your silicone bottle nipples really dark yellow orange and it's hard to get the stain out. Downy is best so that was my own fault getting the Snuggles exhilarating... Stay Away from Snuggles. Never had issues with Downy. Lotion good too so far anyways if you water it down enough so it doesn't seperate and add what ever coloring to your liking..

The plastic showing is really cool. I take sandwich bags and put them in my dolls nuk simply natural bottles with fake breast milk and after I put the top on I trim the excess plastic down allowing some to show like a drop in bag. Oh...by the way I pull the bag taunt so that it floats up a little off the bottom of the bottle with it's milk showing. I want to make one of my bottles a disappearing one as well after watching your video. Thank you
