To cover the magnets I use fabric plasters/bandaids and they work amazing I use 151 clear silicone glue to do bottles or dummies And with the silicone glue there easy enough to remove magnet if you make mess/mistake
What size felt circles did you use on the dummies? I love the idea of buying felt circles instead of cutting the circles my self looks much cleaner and nicer on the dummies.
I’m not too sure sorry, the ones I got were too small, you could try measure what you think would fit, or cut one you like the size of and the measure it and purchase pre cut ones
I appreciate the video. Thank you for showing how to seal the baby bottle. Why does everyone want to use a magnet in the pacifier though?? On one hand I get it & on the other hand I'm honestly fearful of buying used reborn doll's online for fear there going to already have the magnet in them already. I can't be around the magnets that are in reborn doll's because of medical reason's like metal implants from surgeries... I've luckily found an alternative to modifying the pacifier's for my reborn doll's which is probably unconventional but has worked. I got regular baby pacifier's from walmart, dollar tree etc. Cut the nipple off the pacifier making sure the nipple part was completely removed, then used popsicle sticks cut them down to proportionate sizes glue them in place in the pacifier with e6000 glue then check the size of the popsicle stick on the pacifier for proportionate size just enough to fit the reborn doll's mouth with a small incision sliced in the doll's mouth / vinyl for the popsicle part of the pacifier to go in & out of the doll's mouth. Where everyone is putting the magnet on the pacifier for me sort of same but instead popsicle. I've have found one other alternative which I have used several times now & no affect on the doll. Mack's pillow soft silicone putty earplugs it goes on the pacifier after the nipple is removed off the pacifier & I have no need to cut into the doll's vinyl using it which is great. Coincidentally I only cut the vinyl on only 2 of my reborn doll's not all of them.
What is the best glue to use to make the magnetic dummies that isn’t a hot glue gun I’ve used the E 6000 but I find some magnets come unstuck sometimes thank you ❤️ And it was a very. Helpful video I enjoyed it 😊
Ah I prefer to use hot glue, the only other thing I’ve heard about is the E6000, I’m sure if you go into your local hardware store and ask them they will help you out :)
The dummy board holder that has all the dummies stuck on it ? Yes I have 2 videos ? Or the Dummy chains, they’re just beaded onto a dummy Clip. I also sew some :)
