Everyone thinks that making fluffy bows on Christmas gifts is hard, but it's easier than you think. All you need is some decent ribbon (i.e. ribbon that is easy to cut through in layers, which is NOT grosgrain! Well, unless you've worked with grosgrain many times before) and a good pair of scissors! In this video, I will teach you how to make a fluffy bow that is reusable! Yay!

1.) Where do I buy my ribbon?
-Anywhere that I find it for a great deal! After Christmas sales, the dollar stores, clearance sections, etc.
2.) What are some good pairs of scissors for ribbon cutting?
-To save you a ton of money from buying a super nice pair of crafting or all purpose scissors, find a pair of kitchen scissors. I found a great pair of KitchenAid scissors at Ross for under $3 and they're GREAT! And just make sure you have a pair with a good grip handle if you plan on cutting a lot of ribbon or you will end up with blisters! Been there, done that...
3.) What is the easiest type of ribbon to practice fluffy bows with?
-Organdy/organza ribbon because it's easy to cut and it's lightweight and easy to work with OR maybe a wired ribbon because the wire can help shape any bow into looking great. I suggest a 1.5" thick width of ribbon to start with!
