Shingo Gokan from the SG Club teaches us how to make a cocktail featuring fresh tomatoes in season, elderflowers, mastiha as the tree’s sap, and leaves of basil and dill. The complex and fruity flavors of tomatoes, are a perfect combination to ROKU. It is a distinctive, charming departure from a typical classic cocktail.
Ingredients:
30ml ROKU
40 ml tomato water
5ml lemon juice
10ml mastiha liqueur
10ml elderflower liqueur
Shake with ice, pour into a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice, and garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil.
