Just tap that “All Sections” tab in the sections menu and it plays them all out in your timeline. You don’t have to scroll through sections as it’s playing. It won’t loop then and you can still edit sections from the timeline.
@@NcMuggets but it’s better use multiple sections as we can divide our music sections according to intro, verses, and chorus. So we can work better and more organised
@@IAMLXGENDI’m very late but this is what I came to comment. Reminded me of Miguel. You’ve got a really good voice. Save the plugins for the bums like us.
As a logic user I didn’t know GarageBand could be this efficient lol so thank you. Also, when he came in freestyling some vocals I’m like OK was not expecting that soul 😩
I just laid down a few ideas and kept getting lost when I would try to expand the length of my songs. I could see the different sections (A, B, C, etc) but I was having difficulty getting each section to play in order. Luckily I didn’t delete some of the tracks but now seeing how you did it, I have a better visual understanding of what Inwas doing wrong. Thanks for posting this. 👍🏼
I'm a Logic fanboy through and through, but when I'm out and about with my iPad I just love messing around with GarageBand and making music. Yeah it's super stripped down and I wish they would add some things, but there's also beauty in simplicity because if something isn't there then it's not getting in the way or in my mind, so I can lay down more pure tracks and if need-be import them into Logic later. Awesome track by the way!
It’s SOOOOOO nice to use on iPad. I don’t like it so much on my iPhone because of the lack of screen real estate (still appreciate the tool though) but on iPad pffffffff its a GAME CHANGER. I need for them to do the same with Logic…. But anyway yea the simplicity of it is what makes me love it so much.
Ur explanation throughout vid is easy to follow thank u 🙏 as an artist myself I’d love to hear ur voice without effects on it. It real n Raw ur voice is fire my guy Keep it up
Copy out to 128 bars. Then tap all sections and delete parts. You can then solo sections to add parts as you listen through and hear stuff to add or just put the marker on a bar to start and record and do away with sections altogether.
Subbed. Great video. I’ve been using Logic Pro x and machine but this is a great way to lay out ideas then transfer into logic for the final bits. Keep the vids coming dude.
Great video LXGEND, multiple camera angles more post production but makes great watching for us. Vibing with the song too, really like the female vocal sample, and the Mali music style runs on your lines! What interface do you use to capture to the iPad or do you import from another comp? Cheers
Thats the first time anyone’s ever mentioned it! I was hoping people would notice. I noticed that my watch time was higher when I included multiple angles. Static angles just aren’t as intriguing so I try my best. I use the Focusrite Scarlett Solo on my iPad because it’s universally compatible. I would be using the EVO 4 but it isn’t working with every app as smoothly.
This may sound crazy, I’m a singer, producer and engineer!! Also launched my own (name) brand of music recording equipment that I sell on IG and other music platforms!! I have a nice studio and have recorded in big studios as well!!! But I am addicted to producing on my iPad Pro and vocal recording.. I use to do it on my iPhone and folks are surprised that I do it on my phone or my iPad 😂!!! But for some reason it’s so mobile for me which is why I love working on an iPad!! Looks like myself in this video
So helpful, thank you! I do have a question... Is it possible to play through all of the sections without having to manually play the next section? Just found your channel, subscribed and stoked!
Thanks for this. Would really appreciate knowing how you created some of the sounds in this track? Were the audio tracks all apple loops - or were they samples that you imported? Thanks again
i realize that only thing u need for a professional music is a pro voice recorder and pro mic..A beat making in mobiles could be enough in now days. Good Video!
Hey Bro. I am planning to Purchase 12.9 inch M1 ipad Pro, How convenient will it be from the 10.9 basic ipad pro...I usually dont ait in table ro edit garage band ... rather sleep in bed upside on stomach and ipad is in back cover in Landscape position and I create tracks....ao Ipad is not in my hand ...i dont use Keyboard in garage band ..just 2 hands Also I watch movies by keeping the ipad in my belly while lying on bed ...will 12.9 inch heavy in this case ...
It’s not heavy, no. It’s still very convenient. But you will definitely feel it weigh as much as a MacBook Pro when you add a case with a keyboard. If you don’t use a keyboard or thick case, the weight is fine.
@@IAMLXGEND Thanks ...I will not use keyboard ..but I will use back cover ..the normal local ones .. available in Amazon....with that back case cover....will it be heavy ?.... Also can you give me a reply by keeping it in your belly 🙂 lying in bed ...and watching movies ...how the experience is ..I generally do use the 10.9 inch like that....will be heavier on your stomach and feel uneasy after sometime of watching movies...can you do it yourself and feel the experience and let me now your thoughts 🙂 I know its a silly ask..
Highlight the section of the track you want to speed up. Long press or double press it, click settings, switch on “follow tempo & pitch”. Speed up the tempo of the song. Keep in mind every track that has this box checked will also speed up.
Hi! Your videos are awesome and they really help me out as a beginner. Thankyou for making these content! I do want to ask however if you happen to know an effect/method in garage band ios that can make your instruments sound like they echo/have an ambience in a large room? I tried applying echo & reverb but i haven't found a way to create these sounds for my guitar/drums yet. Thankyou in advance!
A reverb is what you’re looking for. That is what adds ambience. A delay is for echo. Both are in GB IOS. You can use the one built in or the Audio Units.
Wow, you have such an amazing voice, I’d love to to collaborate at some point. I hope you have a website with a contact us or somewhere to contact. Great video.
