I am sorry for these comments that people leave you. I think you are doing an amazing job trying to replicate these rocket engines. People need to realize that you are not building a professional rocket engine and are simply experimenting. That is how we learn, so guys, lay off

Rocket engines are fuel gobblers, that's why piston engines are used to extract the thermal engine from the fuel, to transfer mechanical engine to drive wheel tire vehicles, even turbine engines use a shaft compressor fan and exhaust fans energy recovery to boost thermal efficiency to make jet aircraft reasonably fuel efficient per passenger carried. Rockets are largely expensive and can only burn for a few hundred seconds because the fuel mass tank size scaling paradox.

R600s n-butane actually one of the cleanest burning hydrocarbon fuels to use in a rocket motor, but relatively expensive Propane + Oxygen makes a nice powerful hot rocket fuel mix //

The major issue is that the absence of a combustion chamber, as the fuel is directly being injected and ingnited in the nozzle which creates high pressure xpansion. And also add an electric motor to increase the air intake to get the maximum thrust . And the glass of this normal usage isnt suitable for such temperature

Very well said, and ceramics reinforce with metal cooling tube backing would make better sense, and can be casted into a crude rocket motor combustion chamber expansion cone // DIY hobby style that would be superior to glass. Glass enabled visualization of the primary combustion on the up side :)

Am literally trying to create a glass Rocket engine as the tittle denotes And I run into a lot of problems. It could have been way more easier to make it from metal or ceramics

@@gabtechexpo4017 well I appreciate the efforts you put on, but it's impossible without a combustion chamber for the gases to produce thrust as most of the thrust is lost as heat by the glass. Having a combustion gives more of an advantage and ensures the complete burn of fuel and glass only as the outer covering. Even if you manage to make a glass engine, it wouldn't last long due to excessive heat produces during combustion ( firstly the injection part) and the nozzle. And would melt due to the lack of proper heat management
