Using a Hogg tumbler, I base painted the tumbler in grey. Using modpodge I applied ice queen glitter from my Michaels, the we r memory makers bag glitter. This next part is super cool, after setting the tumbler with spray modpodge I used alcohol inks in a bucket of water to hydro dip the glitter tumbler in alcohol ink. After the hydro dip, I will show you an easy way to clean up if you mess up or do not like part of the tumbler after dipping. Then once dried pro marine epoxy is applied to create this gorgeous glitter epoxy method nebula tumbler.
