1.Good posture (straight posture, relaxed shoulders and chin parallel to the ground) 2.Use your hands effectively (show your palms from time to time, reference to the othe video) 3.Don’t try too hard (don’t lean too much forward or slouch and relax too much on the couch) 4. Use your peripherals to scan your surroundings ( don’t turn left and right constantly, walk straight and slightly turn your gaze at your peripheries to show your confidence. Also applies when conversing in group settings) 5.Maintain a warm smile at all times (avoid the no expression resting face and add a warm smile in your eyes to show your humility and attitudes) Bonus : eye contact (squint your eyes only when you want to emphasize on certain points)

I think this is one of the best you have done, thank you. Complimenting other women can be difficult for those with low self esteem, as we don't feel like we have the right to do so, or that nobody would care. But that can make us seem unfriendly. It has taken me much work to get to the point where I can approach other people, but it sure makes a difference- not only do you make someone else feel good, but you feel better yourself for doing it. All of the tips in this video will improve your self confidence immensely.

Plz do a video on how to handle attention in a positive and poised way without getting nervous. When I dress up walk with confidence, if I turn any heads (sometimes ppl feel it is necessary to taunt then) I get nervous, begin to assume more closed/ smaller posture. I teach horseback riding lessons,We demonstrate how it looks to be slouched over riding a horse and then we demonstrate how awesome it looks when we sit up with our shoulders back riding a horse.The difference is amazing!We call shoulders slouched grandma the kids catch on really fast!!! I love watching your video they are amazing!I also love your sense of humor it gets your point across Fabulously.

I think you are incredibly beautiful, smart & talented! As a 56 yr old newly divorced woman I find you & your videos incredibly inspiring. I gave away my youth & beauty to my abusive, narcissistic, vampire X husband during my 28 years of marriage. While my 62 yr old X husband continues to date a 30 yr old,I struggle to find my self esteem. Your videos make me laugh, cry & mostly hope...hope that change is possible, hope that I can recover what I so foolishly gave away (my dignity, my dreams) & hope that it isn't too late to live my best life. Hey Parmita... :) You are simply superb!!!!! You just ROCKKK always..! I was expecting that there will be still more in this video to watch, but you have ended it up. As you suggested in your previous videos, I tried swinching my eyes, a little smile on my face, etc. But I'm not getting that look as you, when I swinch my eyes.. :( And unable to pull my face back as well like you do with your ears. Need more suggestions from you to look attractive just with the features on our face. Like, changing features in different ways give different expressions on our face like how actress do.
